Vanilla Almond Milk

Everything has been new, I don't know where to start.

How about my family is coming soon!! (exciting) I don't get to see them often and they are coming up for two days in June. Two aunts, 1 uncle and 2 cousins! I am happy. They are coming from California, well 1 aunt from Seattle.

Later that week we are moving! Into a duplex with our own yard!! A parking space big enough to open the car doors, I mean if I had a infant carrier car seat I'd be pissed trying to cram my kid into it. S already has to twist his body into the car too. It may not be newer or prettier by any means but we would rather have a nice house we can call a home and really invite people over with.

Work has been there. But even more exciting than work is I am going back to college in the fall at the local community college. I don't think I will be working but I never know. I can't wait to finish the year I have left. I have 47 credits left and I plan on doing those in 3 quarters. I am hoping to completely cover S's preschool tuition with student loans.

Going hand in hand with the tuition is that S will be potty trained by then. Right now we are in the pee in our undies stage. In fact yesterday he peed at the doctor's office. On the floor! Which was a complete waste of time. Again. Though his cough is getting better. Sounds bad but he has no fever. His potty training has been almost 2 years long can you imagine buying pull ups for two years? I am never doing that again. Did I mention yesterday he had pj's when we went into the office and when we came out he had no pants on? Only a jacket and shoes. Darn that piss.

Oh so I am sure you are wondering why the title Vanilla Almond Milk? Because I love it. But more importantly because we are going to try and be a healthy family. I had even lied just so my Darling Nick would eat it. I bought vegetarian sausage and we had breakfast for dinner.

Also before I actually pay attention to my family. (kidding!) I have been making it a big priority to use up the food in my cupboards I want to move as little as possible and knowing our new place has a much smaller kitchen it would help a lot. Plus side is we are closer to the grocery store. Downside more frequent trips. I try and avoid the fast food places and steer my family's thinking of eating out by cooking dinner nightly.

That's all for now. I hope you didn't pull a muscle reading all of this!

ohhh! Were are you living now?

You should also try hemp milk, it's more nutritious and has less sugar than almond milk :)
